Audit Manager

Our client, a well established and highly successful accountancy practice, operating from offices in Leeds, London and Harrogate seeks an Audit Manager ACA or ACCA qualified and, ideally with 2-3 years experience in a range of audit/accountancy and/or tax applications.
The role is not confined to the provision of technical ‘audit’ services but includes broader accountancy projects relevant to the practice’s client base of small and medium size businesses.
As well as technical skills, candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and foster long term business relationships in a competitive environment. They are likely to be currently employed in a small/medium financial practice and be experienced in dealing with companies, including owner managed ones, where an assortment of accounting systems exist.
The role will suit someone with a soundly based variety of skills and experience who is now ready to make the next significant step towards management status.
