Finance Systems Manager £50,000 to £60,000 + attractive benefits package Sheffield

A forward thinking FMCG/manufacturing business has an opportunity for a Finance Systems Manager providing expert advice and support to internal implementation teams.
Reporting in to the Group System Manager you will be recognised as technically competent, with expert knowledge of the underlying architecture of SYSTEM21 and the associated programmes, file libraries and their interdependencies.

You will be able to develop a strong working relationship with functional area stakeholders, senior managers and the business process outsourcing team to ensure that the benefits of implementation are realised and that changes required are executed.

This opportunity requires a strong understanding of the AS400 to the level of basic operations including Output Queues and Sub-Systems. Possess leadership skills, championing and implementing business change, including performance improvement dealing with the resistance to adjust. To ensure that the area of the ERP template provides the business with 'Best Practice' that adds value with lean initiative. This is a demanding role that requires excellent interpersonal skills to influence and communicate at all levels challenging the status quo.
