Our client is a large market leading logistics company with sites throughout the UK.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Officer to join the team at their Droitwich site in Worcestershire.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience within a Human Resources role or similar, and will have, or be working towards a CIPD qualification. A good understanding of Employment Legislation is necessary for this role and a sound working understanding and knowledge of monitoring and recording mechanisms is essential, as well as the ability to work well and constructively under pressure.

You must be computer literate and be able to work to a high level on Microsoft Office Packages.

The majority of the job will be on site at Droitwich however occasional travel to other sites may be required so a driving licence would be essential for this role.
