Private Client/Property Solicitor

Rate: £ 28 to £ 30 K (full-time (per year))
Our client based in a wealthy, thriving part of Derbyshire is looking to recruit an experience solicitor who is happy to handle a mixed caseload of Wills & Probate and Property (both commercial
and residential) work. Ideally, you should have at least 2 years PQE but you will also be considered if you have less years PQE but also have previous paralegal experience. You will also be
considered if you have experience in only one area of law but are willing to learn and take on files in the other area. You will be handling a very good quality, heavy weight caseload. On the Private
Client side you will be handling high value files including inheritance tax, estate planning, complex wills, trusts and probate and on the Property side you will be dealing with landlord and tenant
files, leases as well as dealing with all aspects of domestic conveyancing. This is a very busy practice that prides itself on having an excellent reputation and therefore they will offer the right
candidate the necessary support and superb package in order to continue this well established profile. Partnership prospects are also available.
