Trainee Client Service Co-ordinator

Our Manchester city centre office is growing its Client Services and Digital Creative teams. Joining our Client Services team in this new supporting role, you’ll enjoy the opportunity to learn a wide variety of new skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

We aim to build lasting relationships with our clients and this busy office is led by a strong service ethos - you’ll support the team and provide a friendly, accurate and efficient service, fulfilling our clients’ transactional advertising needs.

You’ll need to develop good working relationships with colleagues from our offices across the UK, as well as with all kinds of external clients. With a wide range of duties, including general office administration, you’ll enjoy real variety, and learn a lot.

You’ll need to be proactive and take ownership of your work. We’re looking for people who won’t stand still when it comes to helping out, and who won’t take a backseat when it comes to their own personal and professional growth. You’ll need high standards, good IT skills, a keen eye for accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines.

You’ll be qualified to ‘A’ Level standard and possess a demonstrable love of the English language. Naturally, you’ll need to be a team player, with great verbal and written communication skills.
