Client Service Co-ordinators

Producing great recruitment advertising is a real team effort. And as our clients’ first port of call, more often than not, the whole process starts with you.

It’s quite a responsibility. There are lots of details to take care of and it’s fair to say it is quite process driven with the need to be quality focussed at all times. But what really makes this role is the amount of contact you’ll have with your clients and the media. You’ll get to know them all and build great relationships with them. Where our clients are concerned, you’ll become like an additional member of their team. They’ll see you as their recruitment specialist and as your knowledge and experience develop the more advice and support you’ll be able to offer.

You’ll also have a great team to support you, not only in our Manchester office, but throughout our business. As a key member of a client’s account handling team, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in the larger, more complex recruitment solutions work we do and help deliver them to.

There’ll be a lot to learn and in honesty, this is one of those jobs where you’ll never stop learning. It’s an industry where there is always something new coming into the market which we’ll need to find out about in order to understand whether it will benefit our clients, or not.

We’re looking for people with great attention to detail (you’ll need to spot those mistakes when proof reading) and equally good communication and relationship building skills (for when you’re talking to your clients and our friends in the media). Calm under pressure (you’ll be working to deadlines at every stage of the process), we’re also looking for energy and enthusiasm. If you’ve got advertising or media experience – so much the better.
